These terms govern your use of targetiv.com and any services you engage from Targetiv (“Targetiv”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

Our services. We provide website design, WordPress development, web applications, and related digital services. Work is scoped in a written proposal that, once accepted, forms part of these terms.
Quotes and pricing. All prices are quoted and charged in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. A proposal is valid for the period stated in it. Prices may change for work outside the agreed scope.
Payment. Projects typically require an advance to begin, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on delivery, as set out in your proposal. Work begins after the advance is received. Late payment may pause work.
Your responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback. Delays in providing these may affect the delivery timeline.
Intellectual property. Ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you once full payment is received. Until then, all work remains our property. Third-party assets (plugins, fonts, stock media, licenses) are governed by their own licenses and may carry separate costs.
Revisions and scope. The number of revision rounds is defined in your proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Limitation of liability. We deliver our work with due care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
Changes. We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page.
