White-Label by Default
No Targetiv branding anywhere. Code, commits, files, emails — all yours.
We work exclusively from your brief. If something is unclear, we ask you — never the client. You remain the single point of contact on your end. Our quality process is baked into how we scope and build: we don’t start without a written, approved spec, and we don’t deliver without testing.
Yes, on every partnership by default. You can sign ours or we can sign yours. We’ve signed everything from simple one-page agreements to complex multi-page legal documents. It typically takes less than 24 hours and it’s never a blocker to getting started.
We eliminate this through precise scoping. Before we write a line of code, you receive a full written brief of exactly what we’re building — pages, features, integrations, design references. You approve it. That written scope becomes our contract with you. If the output doesn’t match the approved scope, we fix it. Scope drift is prevented by design, not managed after the fact.
Yes. We adapt to your workflow, not the other way around. We’ve worked inside client Slacks, Notion workspaces, ClickUp boards, Basecamp, Linear, and plain email threads. Tell us what you use and we’ll work inside it from day one.
40 hours per month, capped at 100. We don’t go below 40 because below that threshold we can’t dedicate consistent capacity reliably. We don’t go above 100 because above that we’d be overcommitting and quality would suffer. We’d rather hold the line than overpromise.
Yes. We do a brief scope review first to understand the existing setup — what page builder, what plugins, what the code quality looks like. If it’s something we can work on responsibly, we take it. If it’s a setup that would require a rebuild before any additions are stable, we’ll tell you that honestly rather than bill you for unstable work.
We treat deadline situations as our problem too. For genuine urgencies — a client launch, a broken production site — we’ll work outside standard hours to make it happen. Rush work isn’t something we charge extra for on retainer partnerships. For project-based engagements, a very compressed timeline may affect price, which we’ll discuss upfront.
Yes. We can join as part of your team when required, under your agency brand and communication process.
We invoice in USD via Wise or PayPal. For retainer partnerships, we invoice at the start of each month for the agreed hours. For project-based work, we typically take 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. All pricing is fixed — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices at month end.
